For over 50 years, Ag Worker Health and Services has provided essential healthcare to the agricultural workers who are the backbone of our communities. We offer medical, dental, and behavioral health services at year-round clinics in Billings, Dillon, and Lolo, Montana, and Powell, Wyoming, as well as through mobile units and seasonal sites when and where they’re needed most.
Our mission is simple: to improve the lives of agricultural workers and their families and others living in rural poverty. That’s why we proudly offer a sliding fee discount program, ensuring that no one is turned away.
Since our founding in 1972, we have expanded from serving 12 counties in Montana’s Yellowstone River Valley to reaching 33 counties in Montana and 5 in Wyoming. As we continue to grow, our commitment remains the same—supporting the health and well-being of agricultural workers and their families.
